BCHA is seeking a dedicated professional for a frontline, relationship-based role within an off-the-street homelessness accommodation service focused on stabilisation and move-on into independent housing. You will support individuals to stabilise, develop the skills needed to sustain accommodation, and move forward into longer-term independent housing. We empower people, handle complex needs with trauma-informed approaches, and collaborate with Housing Officers to provide practical, personalised support.
