The Responsive Night Intensive Housing Officer is part of a dedicated team of Housing Officers responsible for a portfolio across Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and Weymouth.

You will provide professional out-of-hours customer service to ensure the security of buildings and the safety of residents and visitors.

You will work to prevent breaches of occupancy agreements by de-escalating incidents, maintaining accurate logs, and communicating with colleagues and external partners.
