BCHA is looking for an experienced and motivated Arrears Specialist to join our team.

About The Role

In this vital role, you’ll work closely with our Housing Teams to provide expert arrears advice and support across a diverse portfolio—including general needs, supported housing, and intensive housing management accommodation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading on the arrears journey from end to end, including former tenant arrears
  • Supporting the simplification and streamlining of arrears processes
  • Enhancing our digital approach to arrears, including the use of AI to identify trends and hotspots
  • Delivering training and updates to frontline staff, ensuring best practice is embedded in rent collection and financial inclusion strategies
