ERSOU are seeking a highly organised and proactive Support Services Administrator to join our Support Services team. The successful candidate will be working as part of a dispersed team of 6 and will undertake a wide range of administrative duties to support the Organisation.

The general duties and responsibilities of each administrator will include planning, organising and administering day to day activities in the department. No two days are the same. The main daily activities will be:

  • Building management
  • Purchasing and procurement
  • Organising learning and development activities
  • Booking travel and accommodation for operational teams and deliveries between sites

You will be expected to travel across the region to support other sites and a vehicle will be provided. This is an agile role but the post holder will be expected to be in the office to support local on-site management of the buildings. The ideal candidate will need to be able to lift operational equipment: stationery i.e. boxes of paper and IT equipment (manual handling training will be provided).
