The Bellman is responsible for acknowledging, welcoming and departing all guests/visitors arriving to/from the hotel, providing assistance with guests' luggage. Ensuring all guest luggage is delivered to room or brought down from room and not left unattended. Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities is required. Performs daily responsibilities to the hotel’s standard and assists where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests/visitors.

- Adhere to all standards in accordance with the Brand Standards pertaining to welcoming and departing guests, baggage handling, delivery of items and newspapers, etc.
- Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interest, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of interest to guests.
- Ensure a “welcoming sense of arrival” and demonstrate a “sincere farewell” while also ensuring the lobby, driveway, and Concierge area’s appearance reflect highly on the hotel and Company.
- Trained on systems, security, and service and quality standards in accordance with the Brand Standards.
- Maintains a willingness to please attitude and give undivided attention to any approaching guests.
- Monitor and direct traffic activity of taxis, hotel limousines, guest vehicles etc. to ensure smooth and efficient flow of traffic at the hotel driveway.
