BCG is seeking a Regional Chef to lead the kitchen team across our care-home region, delivering nutritious meals while managing stock and menu design within budget. You will ensure high standards of cleanliness and comply with EHO regulations to support residents’ wellbeing.
Experience in a commercial kitchen is required, ideally in care settings, with SVQ/NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Food Hygiene qualifications. PVG/UK work authorization are prerequisites.
