About the role:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated gardener to join our team. The successful candidate will support the maintenance and refurbishment of all our residential home gardens, ensuring gardens are maintained to a high standard. The role will involve travelling to each site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively as part of a regional team to deliver high-quality gardening services.
• Carry out general grounds maintenance and external upkeep.
• Undertake a variety of gardening tasks, including grass cutting, tidying, general upkeep.
• Transport and distribute materials, tools, and equipment to various sites as required.
• Support property refurbishment including any projects
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, and health and safety legislation.
• Report maintenance issues and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure timely completion of tasks.
About you:
Previous experience in a gardening, facilities, or property maintenance role. We are looking for practical skills. You will have the ability to work independently whilst being a great team player. Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Be committed to delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service. Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and a Full UK driving licence is essential.
