The AI Factory Product Builder role sits within BCG’s centralized AI Factory and focuses on building AI‑enabled products, tools, and delivery assets that scale across the firm. These assets are designed to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and evolve how BCG teams work and support our clients.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Build AI‑enabled products and assets: Design, build, and deploy AI‑powered tools, agents, and services that support BCG’s consulting offers and delivery processes.
- Improve and reimagine consulting workflows: Break down existing consulting and delivery processes to identify opportunities for automation, augmentation, or redesign.
- Operate with a product mindset: Partner with AI Factory product, platform, and engineering teams on architecture, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
- Collaborate across the firm: Work closely with front‑line consultants and offering teams to understand real delivery challenges.
