You will lead a dedicated team, build strong relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high standards of care in line with our policies and regulatory requirements.
You will provide specialist nursing guidance, step in for the Home Manager when needed, and coach colleagues to deliver care that makes the difference.
