Role Summary
We are looking for an accomplished global account and programme leader with deep expertise in developing, managing, and growing enterprise-wide global meetings and events programmes, ideally within the financial services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for account development, solution design, and navigating enterprise programme strategies within a complex, matrixed, and risk-conscious environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver account growth strategies aligned to revenue, retention, and expansion targets
- Develop strategic account plans including customer goals, stakeholder maps, and growth opportunities
- Build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships and act as a strategic point of contact across multiple regions and markets
- Lead global cross-functional teams across Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, Finance, and delivery teams
- Use data and insight to identify growth opportunities, improve programme performance, and support sound decision-making
- Develop, manage, and grow enterprise-wide global meetings and events programmes
- Account development, solution design, and enterprise programme strategy
- Lead cross-functional global teams within complex, matrixed organisations
- Build strategic relationships and influence senior stakeholders
- Use commercial, financial, and performance data to solve problems and drive results
Experience
- Experience within the financial services sector
- Experience working in a complex, risk-conscious global business environment
- Experience leading global or multi-market meetings and events programmes
You Should Know
- The position is hybrid and requires time spent weekly in the London BCD office and London client office
- Standard working hours are 9:00 – 17:30 with an hour break
- You must have the right to work in the UK
- You must have the ability and willingness to travel in the UK and overseas
