Responsibilities

• Provide travel‑related information and proactively suggest additional services to enhance the customer’s travel experience.
• Offer expert advice and consultation to our travelers, including detailed travel information, itineraries, and potentially suggesting upgrades and additional services that align with the customer’s needs.
• Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests.
• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.

About you

• Extensive experience in the travel industry.
• Solid working knowledge of the travel policies, procedures, and processes.
• Knowledgeable with the travel industry system GDS Sabre.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.
• High level of self‑reliance and decision‑making ability.
• Demonstrated professional customer service skills.
