In this role, you will be responsible for delivering different types of projects involving customer implementations, agency projects, internal product implementations, and core business process changes. You will be the primary role in delivering projects with medium complexity, measured by the scale and scope of the request.
Responsibilities
- Leverage regional and local resources and resources from the different departments and functions to support projects.
- Follow all IPCM procedures and OneTouch Project methodology and reporting.
- Meet requirements of CSS IPCM Competency Matrix.
- Coordinate local, regional, and global projects with a broad scope of multi‑national countries, possibly coordinating multiple countries simultaneously.
- Understand client reporting requirements and data flows, Agency Operations end‑to‑end processes, and foster collaboration across functional teams.
- Utilize proven project management methodology, tools, and processes (PMP, OPPM, Prince2, Six Sigma) to scope, plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, and control projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Project Management role.
- General to strong working knowledge of the travel industry.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good technical skills in GDS (preferred).
- Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP or equivalent) is a plus.

- Salary ranges by country: Spain – €39,500‑€41,000; Poland – 130,000‑140,000 PLN; Sweden – 640,000‑650,000 SEK.
