Manager Operations (Hybrid)

In this role, you are responsible for the overall management and performance of the travel operations including operational performance, client servicing and retention, employee management and budgetary and cost management for a team of Travel Consultants.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the daily operations of our team, supported by and reporting into the Operations Director
- Review operational performance and provide direction to improve productivity and performance
- Coach and develop your team to deliver Operational Excellence
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Account Manager, the client, and the operational team
- Oversee and assist the team members in balancing priorities and managing their workload
- Be involved in the hiring, selection, and training of new colleagues
