The Manager Information Security will work collaboratively across the BCD Travel organization to establish and lead security control design and implementation for the BCD Travel enterprise. The Manager Information Security will align the security requirements with business needs and will clearly communicate those needs into requirements actionable by the BCD Travel organization. The Manager Information Security will also identify and report on the effectiveness of the security controls, will support security posture improvement efforts of BCD Travel, and will also lead, direct, and guide security tasks of others in the achievement of objectives.
As a Manager, Information Security, you will:
- Analyse, report, and integrate security into daily business operations
- Evaluate and implement methods to continually improve security and assist the business with reducing risks
- Integrate and implement security requirements into business requirements
- Identify and communicate threats and vulnerabilities that could impact business operations
- Assist with communication, implementation, and analysis of compliance with security policies, standards, and procedures
- Collect, calculate, and format data for metrics reporting for security performance
About you:
- Security industry-relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, HISP, PCI-QSA, PCI-ISA
- Experienced skills relative to security and policy legalities
- Strong knowledge of PCI-DSS security standards
- Comprehensive expertise in IT, encompassing networks, servers, and applications
- Strong consulting skills with executives and technical teams, providing strategic advice, challenging norms, and building a strong relationship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to include the ability to explain technical matters to a non-technical audience
