Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a dynamic team while fostering engagement and morale.
- Master project planning and organization for diverse events.
- Keep clients and team members updated with clear and precise communication.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and departmental SLAs/KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies to boost profitability.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for effective communication.
- Experience managing budgets and financial reconciliations during event planning.
- A knack for navigating changing deadlines and maintaining high standards under pressure.
- Creativity balanced with an understanding of important SOPs to find solutions.
- A proven track record of building collaborative relationships across various teams and regions.

Requirements
- This is a hybrid role that requires 4 days a week in the Clients office in London
- Our standard working hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm with an hour break
- You must have the right to work in the UK
