Listen well to understand requirements, have input to optimise the brief & exceed expectations.Identify opportunities to ‘upsell’ services outside of sourcing and help the client to understand the value of doing so to gain their buy in from the outset.Establish who will be required to deliver any supplementary services, ensure they understand their responsibilities and deliver within timeframes set.Use all available resources to source suitable venues & locations that meet requirements and negotiate rates & terms that meet client budget and guidelines. Create proposals that include all the information for clients to make decisions.
