Join us as a Team Lead for BCG Housing, where you\’ll drive operational excellence in a dynamic, client-facing environment!
You\’ll lead a dedicated housing team, coordinating projects both in the UK and overseas, and thrive on meeting and exceeding client expectations. You’ll have the ability to take initiative, work under pressure, adapt to ever changing circumstances, as well as demonstrating a passion for best practice and knowledge sharing. You will also have the ability, and want, to support with onsite events across the UK and overseas.

You will:
- Lead and inspire the client-dedicated housing team, overseeing onboarding, training, career development and fostering a positive team culture.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with client and event stakeholders
- Balance ever evolving client, event and team needs with agility and professionalism.
- Provide direction and hands-on leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring consistent application of project management best practices across the team.
- Collaborate with BCD M&E colleagues to ensure seamless delivery across relevant operational centres.
- Create and manage budgets, handling scope changes through formal Project Change Authorisations.
- Create and manage project plans, including hotel/room block allocations, release schedules and rooming list management.
- Manage release deadlines, calendarization and process around this, to ensure attrition risk is mitigated and deadlines are met.
- Design and implement operational processes and standards that drive efficiency and quality.
- Operationally manage assigned client projects, including onsite delivery, as required.
- Leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Managing complex projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Balancing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines with ease.
- Communicating clearly and confidently with stakeholders, with a calm, proactive and collaborative approach.
- Problem-solving and navigating challenges with professionalism and integrity.
