The predicted salary is between 80000 - 100000 € per year.

You will be responsible for managing a large market account covering EMEA & APAC. You will help achieve the company's goals related to client retention, quality service delivery, client and BCD Travel profitability, preferred vendor maximization, and technology implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for oversight and direction of the team, including performance/activity updates with stakeholders
  • Ensure multi-level, strategic client relationships are being established
  • Support the development of client and department budget
  • Lead the Account Management team to develop strategic client business plans to achieve the client and BCD Travel's objectives
  • Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through expansion

Qualifications

  • Prior account management work experience in a travel management company, or very similar, with a deep understanding of the EMEA and APAC travel markets
  • Experience implementing and managing large market/global accounts
  • Highly effective written, oral, and presentation skills in English
  • Computer literate in business software applications
  • Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis throughout both EMEA and APAC
  • College degree and/or equivalent experience
