CSS TSSM Travel Technology Program Manager (Remote)
Full time. Locations: United Kingdom, Italy, Poland, Spain. Hybrid work requirements: Warsaw – 50% in‑office monthly; Kraków and Rzeszów – at least one day in‑office per week.
Responsibilities
- Logically conduct assessments, replicate errors, or test situations if possible.
- Execute small to highly complex configuration changes across multiple systems and interactions.
- Perform benefit & risk analysis on scenarios with multiple interacting key variables.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and develop customer‑centric communication.
- Conduct trainings and presentations to external customers.
- Participate in shift planning for the virtual team in line with senior management's general direction.
Qualifications
- Advanced experience in the corporate travel industry.
- Advanced experience in travel technology, including Concur travel tool.
- Experience in a collaborative and international workspace.
- Experience with project management.
- Advanced knowledge of GDS Sabre and/or Amadeus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Annual gross salary ranges by country:
- Spain: 44,000 - 55,000 EUR
- Poland: 170,000 - 189,000 PLN
- Italy: 40,000 - 45,000 EUR
Final salary offered will depend on qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
