Due to increased business, we are looking for an Executive Assistant & Event Planner to join our client-dedicated team supporting our client in the financial tech & media services sector. You will have a strong background in event planning to support the EMEA Financial Solutions team, managing administrative duties, supporting the Global Head of Events, and delivering high-quality events and exceptional stakeholder experiences.
As a Senior Executive Assistant & Event Planner, you will:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to translate event briefs and regional/global priorities into event plans
- Provide executive support, including creating summaries, presentations, and data reports
- Manage project priorities and timelines
- Apply expertise to client interactions
- Communicate effectively across teams
- Build confidence with clients as a field expert
- Have proven experience in event planning or project management in a corporate environment, including attendee management
- Create engaging summaries and presentations with strong PowerPoint skills
- Manage budgets and ensure financial accuracy
- Support high-level executives with diary management
- React quickly, offer solutions, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Additional skills that are a plus:
- Data reporting and data integrity maintenance
- Experience with financial aspects of global event planning
Requirements:
- Role is UK Hybrid , with 4 days/week in our London office
- Ability to travel within the UK and internationally as needed
- Right to work in the UK
