We are a niche agency within BCD M&E, design and produce creative end‑to‑end experiences that inspire results. Our talent delivers global reach with local expertise. The Collective team is hybrid based across Derby, Milton Keynes and Fleet offices.

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail‑loving Project Coordinator to join our Production Team and help bring ambitious events to life across the globe, from high‑profile brand experiences to complex multi‑market productions. You will support delivery at every project stage, acting independently with minimal guidance and proactively ensuring projects move forward.

As a Production Project Coordinator, You Will:

  • Support the delivery team across projects of all sizes (live, virtual & hybrid) – from pitch through to delivery
  • Take ownership of key coordination responsibilities, proactively identifying next steps, risks and opportunities, keeping projects progressing with minimal oversight
  • Create clear, structured meeting agendas and capture concise notes and actions
  • Keep projects moving by tracking timelines, deliverables and dependencies
  • Research and source suppliers globally
  • Assist with supplier outreach and help negotiate competitive rates
  • Support budget management, including tracking costs and maintaining financial accuracy within our financial system

You’re Good At:

  • Supporting the project team to help meet agreed commercial targets
  • Preparing key project documentation such as briefing packs, our internal working docs – playbook and matrix, among others
  • Being a calm, solutions‑focused presence onsite, proactively identifying and resolving issues while taking initiative without constant direction
  • Working with the Production Support team to find the most suitable travel solutions
  • Building strong, collaborative, open relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers
  • Creating clear, well‑structured presentations (including PowerPoint), tailored to support internal planning and client communication

You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in an events agency
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, confident communicator – clear, professional, and proactive
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines and comfortable working with budgets and numbers
  • Naturally resourceful and solutions‑oriented

You Should Know:
