About the Role Our Creative Services team is growing!
As a Middleweight Graphic Designer you will turn big ideas into bold visuals in an idea‑driven creative environment where brand stories come to life across live events, virtual experiences, pitches, and proposals.
You will work across identity design, print collateral, digital assets and large‑format executions at the intersection of creativity and delivery.
Responsibilities Create designs for print and digital applications.
Identity and logo design.
Interpret and implement brand/corporate identity guidelines.
Layout and typography for digital, print and large‑format media.
Create 3D mock‑up environment visuals in Photoshop such as set visuals and branded event environments.
Generate design ideas and creative solutions for a wide variety of design challenges and present them to internal stakeholders.
Work as part of a collaborative team with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
Strong willingness to learn new things and develop existing skillset.
What You Bring Strong concepts across print, digital and large‑format applications with a sharp eye for layout, typography and brand consistency.
Experience in a deadline‑driven creative environment, confidently developing ideas from brief to completion.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design, with solid print production knowledge.
Clear communication of design thinking to team members and contribution to brainstorms and pitch development.
Comfort using AI tools for design, including prompt‑based workflows such as Nano Banana.
Experience designing for Power Point.
Comfortable working under deadline‑driven conditions.
Additional Qualifications Experience designing within the events industry or creating work for live and virtual experiences.
