About The Role

We are looking for an accomplished global account and programme leader with deep expertise in developing, managing, and growing enterprise‐wide global meetings and events programmes, ideally within the financial services sector. In this role, you will be responsible for account development, solution design, and navigating enterprise programme strategies within a complex, matrixed, and risk‐conscious environment.

As a Senior Global Account Director You Will

  • Define and deliver account growth strategies aligned to revenue, retention, and expansion targets.
  • Develop strategic account plans, including customer goals, stakeholder maps, and growth opportunities.
  • Build strong cross‐functional stakeholder relationships and act as a strategic point of contact across multiple regions and markets.
  • Lead global cross‐functional teams across Sales, Account Management, Product, Operations, Finance, and delivery teams.
  • Use data and insight to identify growth opportunities, improve programme performance, and support sound decision‐making.

  • Leading cross‐functional global teams within complex, matrixed organisations.
  • Building strategic relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.

You Might Also Have

  • Experience within the financial services sector.
  • Experience working in a complex, risk‐conscious global business environment.
  • Experience leading global or multi‐market meetings and events programmes.

You Should Know

  • This is a hybrid role that requires time spent weekly in the London BCD office and London client office.
  • Our standard working hours are 9:00‐17:30 with an hour break.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
  • You must have the ability and want to travel in the UK and overseas.
