  • Act as the senior subject matter expert across delegate management and event technology platforms such as Cvent, RainFocus, Swoogo, Certain and GRIP.
  • Translate client requirements into efficient, innovative and scalable technical solutions, while troubleshooting complex issues and supporting delivery where needed.
  • Partner with clients, Sales, Operations and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution, strong communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Support commercial success through accurate scoping, solution design, pre-sales support, optimisation opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Delivering registration, delegate management or event technology solutions in a client-facing environment.
  • Managing complex technical projects and balancing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
  • Working consultatively with clients to understand requirements and lead technical workshops, discussions and demonstrations.
  • Using event technology platforms and understanding integrations, APIs, reporting, data management and system configuration.
  • Communicating clearly with stakeholders, solving problems effectively and contributing to commercially successful outcomes.
  • Experience in a senior or lead role with ownership of stakeholders, clients and technical delivery.
  • Experience supporting pre-sales activity, RFP responses and technical proposal development.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to best practice, documentation and process improvement.

Requirements

  • This is a hybrid role that requires 2/3 days a week in the BCD Fleet office.
  • Our standard working hours are 9.00 - 17.30 with an hour break.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
  • You must have the ability and desire to travel in the UK and Overseas.

Benefits

  • Flexible working environment.
  • Opportunities for growth with learning and development built into every role.
  • Inclusive culture where every voice is heard, considered and respected.
  • Global career opportunities across BCD M&E’s worldwide locations.
