About the Role
Step into a high-impact leadership role supporting Financial Services clients in a fast-paced, highly regulated, detail-oriented environment. As Global Operations Director, you’ll guide operational teams across multiple regions, shape global processes, and help deliver consistent, high-quality service. You’ll work closely with senior account leadership to drive solution design, service excellence, and operational performance for a complex global account. You Might Also Have
- Experience supporting Financial Services clients or working in a highly regulated, confidentiality-focused environment
- A track record of improving processes, standardising ways of working, and driving efficiency across global teams
- Experience supporting global accounts and multinational operational programmes
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across regions
- Exposure to forecasting commercials, account performance, or P&L support
You Should Know
- Full time role with the flexibility to adjust working hours to reflect the global nature of your team.
- Hybrid based with some days in our London office will be a requirement
- Travel may be required on occasion
