With your skills in project planning, meeting planning and client relationship building, you will keep events running smoothly while building a team to support the volume. As an Event Project Director, You Will:
- Lead and develop a dynamic team while fostering engagement and morale.
- Master project planning and organization for diverse events.
- Keep clients and team members updated with clear and precise communication.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and departmental SLAs/KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for process efficiencies to boost profitability.
You’re Good At:
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for effective communication.
- Experience managing budgets and financial reconciliations during event planning.
- A knack for navigating changing deadlines and maintaining high standards under pressure.

You Should Know:
- This is a hybrid role that requires 4 days a week in the Clients office in London.
- Our standard working hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm with an hour break.
