About The Role

As An Account Manager, You Will

  • Engage proactively with clients both regionally and locally to promote BCD M&E services through in-person meetings, relevant communications, and industry events.
  • Oversee account relationships, meeting client expectations, and managing BCD M&E\'s financial performance.
  • Provide strategic and tactical input to support account development, retention, and growth.
  • Collaborate effectively and efficiently with internal support teams and external client teams.
  • Establish and implement short- and long-term goals and objectives in partnership with clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and support the Account Director on regular strategic review meetings, to ensure communication and service needs are met.
  • Carry out ongoing survey evaluations, analyse results, and implement continuous improvement processes.
  • Develop annual account business plans, including account mapping, strategic priorities, client objectives, action plans, and gap/SWOT analysis.
You’re Good At
  • Communicating and engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Analysing and communicating industry trends to drive client success.
  • Managing budgets and forecasting with precision and clarity.
  • Overseeing project management to ensure top-notch quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to implement effective reporting and technology solutions.
  • Continually assess, communicate, measure, and monitor client expectations and service level requirements, making adjustments as needed to meet client objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal support teams, advocating for both the internal team and BCD M&E.
  • Organize client networking events with suppliers to foster relationships and enhance brand awareness.

  • This is a hybrid role that requires 4 days a week in either client meetings or our London office
