Senior Director Sustainability Solutions (Remote)

In this role, you will lead the development, delivery, and adoption of BCD’s sustainability offering to clients. This includes managing partner relationships, working with stakeholders to ensure ongoing enhancements, development of sales and training materials, delivery of training, and engagement with client facing teams.
As a Senior Director Sustainability Solutions, you will
- Oversee all elements of the BCD Sustainability Solution to drive revenue as per the business plan
- Be accountable for go to market strategy, which will be partially executed by the Senior Manager, Sustainability Marketing
- Develop and lead ongoing field enablement activities with the programme managers and wider groups to drive adoption of the solution, including appropriate information and training collateral, and delivery of training sessions
- Oversee the development of the implementation process, working with programme managers and partners to ensure clearly defined governance and processes
- Establish a customer success framework and process, train regional programme managers to move customers along a customer success continuum
- Become the BCD subject matter expert on sustainable business travel, including best practice as it relates to carbon offsetting, SAF purchase, carbon taxes, traveler engagement and other topics
About you
- Extensive experience in business travel sales, customer success, program management, or other client facing role
- Familiarity with digital b2b or retail selling platforms
- Comfortable working with technical teams to deliver product
- A good grounding in sustainability principles with specific knowledge of sustainable business travel principles and issues
- Proven experience in working with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex projects
- Excellent written and spoken English skills. French and German language skills are a plus

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Director Sustainability Solutions is between $120,000 and $158,000. Please note: if you are not based in the United States, the salary offered will be aligned with the market rates and BCD Travel’s compensation guidelines for the country in which you are applying. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location.
