As an Event Project Manager, you will:
- Plan and manage conferences, meetings, and special events with flair.
- Craft detailed travel agendas and itineraries that impress clients.
- Manage budgets while negotiating the best deals with vendors.
- Coordinate creative program websites and presentations that wow clients.
- Lead team meetings and ensure communication flows smoothly across all projects.
- Build and manage engaging registration websites that enhance the attendee experience.
- Communicate effectively with clients and attendees to address all their needs.
- Execute quality control of event reports and rooming lists for accuracy.
- Utilize technology to streamline processes and capture essential data.
Requirements:
- Years of experience managing meetings and vendor relationships.
- A knack for budget management and financial oversight.
- Strong knowledge of Cvent and other event technology platforms.
- International event management experience is a plus.
- A readiness to travel on-site and represent our clients with enthusiasm.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

- This is a hybrid role that requires 4 days a week in the Client office in London.
- Our standard working hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm with an hour break.
