Join our dynamic team as the Head of Production Operations and be responsible for the operational teams who deliver exceptional events from live shows to innovative virtual experiences. With a focus on creativity and client satisfaction, youll oversee a talented production team and drive excellence in all operations. As an Head of Production Operations, you will:
Lead a production operations team with confidence ensuring flawless delivery of a range of event production projects across a number of different formats .
Have oversight of all event production projects ranging in size, complexity and budget.
Support company objectives by actively managing and developing client business and staff (both permanent and freelance) to a high professional standard.
Ensure the project delivery teams are working to our Standard Operating Process (SOP) and other specific departmental requirements.
Identify and build a project teams as well as ensuring we are partnering with the best in class and appropriate supply chain in the industry.
Be a part of the Production Senior Operational Team.
Onboard, support and mentor members of the team across a number of production roles.
Work with the operational team to ensure all project financials are accurate and reported on a regular basis.
Youre good at:
Strong stakeholder management skills (internal/external)
Good multitasker with the ability to identify areas where support may be needed
Being able to solve problems and have a solutions based mindset
Exceptional project management skills, including budget management
Well networked in the industry and aware of future trends and innovations
You might also have:
Years of advanced production delivery experience in an agency or media environment
Expertise in delivering various types of event productions
A proactive approach to industry trends

You should know:
This role offers hybrid working with 1 day a week spent in either our Derby or Milton Keynes office.
Our standard working hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm with an hour break.
Have the desire and ability to travel in the UK and Overseas.
You must have a valid driving license
