About the role:

Our Creative Services team are growing! Do you love turning big ideas into bold visuals? As a Middleweight Graphic Designer, you'll work in an idea-driven creative environment where brand stories come to life across live events, virtual experiences, pitches, and proposals. From identity design and print collateral to digital assets and large-format executions, this role sits right at the intersection of creativity and delivery. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, brings fresh thinking, and loves seeing concepts through from brief to final artwork.

As a Graphic Designer, you will:

  • Create designs for print and digital applications
  • Identity and logo design
  • Interpret and implement brand/corporate identity guidelines
  • Layout and typography for both digital, print and large format media
  • Create 3D mock-up environment visuals (in Photoshop) such as set visuals and branded event environments
  • Generate design ideas and creative solutions for a wide variety of design challenges and present and explain those ideas to internal stakeholders and team members either in sketch or mac visual form
  • Enjoy working as part of a team with a can-do attitude
  • Have a strong willingness to learn new things and develop your existing skillset

You're good at:

  • Creating strong designs across print, digital, and large-format applications, with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
  • Working in a collaborative, deadline-driven creative environment and confidently developing ideas from brief through to completion
  • Bringing concepts to life through identity and logo design, branded collateral, and 3D mock-up visuals for event environments
  • Comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud confidently, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, while applying solid print production and art working knowledge
  • Communicating design thinking clearly to team members, and contributing creative ideas during brainstorms and pitch development
  • Confident in using AI tools for design, including prompt-based workflows such as Nano Banana
  • Confident in designing for and in PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment

You may also have:

  • Experience designing within the events industry or creating work for live and virtual experiences
