The Hotel Content Senior Manager will be responsible for integrating, managing, and optimizing hotel content on our platform. The person will play a critical role in modernizing the Hotel APIs and ensuring that the content is efficiently integrated, maintained, and optimized for our Point of Sale (POS) channels.
This role will be focused on optimizing the hotel shopping and booking experience by enhancing current capabilities as well as improving retailing and content presentation. This position will require managing the lifecycle of product investments from proof of concept to the final implementation and being responsible for ensuring that product solutions are well-defined, feasible, properly resourced, and documented, with strong alignment to business goals.
The Hotel Content Senior Manager requires a deep understanding of the hotel industry, strong analytical skills, and a user experience-focused mindset to continuously analyze content performance and recommend strategies to improve and optimize hotel shopping and booking capabilities. The role leads the product planning efforts for assigned solutions. It takes full responsibility for the product road maps and their delivery globally, including the development of the go-to-market approach and market penetration. The role partners with and influences stakeholders internally and externally to identify, shape, and deliver products that focus on increasing revenue streams for our Hotel product. Key within this role is integrating, managing, and optimizing hotel content.
As a Senior Manager, Product Planning- Hotel Content, you will:
- Provide integration and management of Hotel APIs to ensure that the content is correctly structured, normalized, and distributed, including the API modernization projects.
- Identify and implement new features or enhanced capabilities based on customer feedback, market demand, and business priorities.
- Analyze existing hotel workflows, systems, and processes to identify areas for increased efficiency and optimization.
- Make sure your assigned products have sound business plans, including an analysis of product profitability, sales success, and pricing strategy.
- Develop and present a comprehensive business case for a proposed product investment, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI projections, and strategic alignment.
- Build relationships with our vendors and suppliers; listen to their thoughts and concerns and foster ways to work together.
About you:
- Knowledge of the hotel industry, including key players, market trends, and consumer behavior.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of APIs and hotel booking systems, especially Sabre and Amadeus GDS, and how they integrate with booking platforms.
- Experience in business travel and/or travel management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You'll interact with a variety of partners and will need a high level of comfort in communicating with professionals of different backgrounds.
- Competency with Microsoft Office Products and collaborative software used for projects with remote team members and stakeholders.
- Data analytical skills.

This position is advertised across multiple global locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:
- Spain: 58,000-63,000 EUR
- France: 74,000-83,000 EUR
- Poland: 170,000-185,000 PLN
- Germany: 67,000-86,000 EUR
- Netherlands: 75,000-80,000 EUR
- Ireland: 80,000-82,000 EUR
- United States: 100,000-118,000 USD
The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
