About the role:

We are looking for a Team Lead, Delegate Management for a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract. In this client-facing role, you will lead a small operational team and support the successful delivery of event projects for multiple clients in the UK and overseas. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, within scope, on budget, and in line with client expectations.

You will act as a senior operational contact for designated clients, support financial reporting, and oversee the day-to-day delivery of delegate management services. You may also directly manage client projects, including onsite event delivery when required. You will have strong experience in the events industry, ideally within delegate management, and be confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be comfortable leading others, building strong client relationships, and working collaboratively across teams.

As a Team Lead, Delegate Management, you will:

  • Lead and support a small operational team to deliver client projects successfully and to a high standard.
  • Act as the senior operational contact for designated clients, managing escalations and supporting strong client relationships.
  • Oversee project delivery to ensure work stays within scope, with any changes managed appropriately.
  • Support financial management across projects, including budgets, profitability.
