The Director, CSS TSSM Travel Technology is responsible for assessing incidents and determining a solution approach. You will need to proactively identify opportunities for improvements. You also will need to plan and monitor the functional vertical in TSSM.
As a Director, CSS TSSM Travel Technology, you will:
- Conduct assessments in a logical way, replicate error or test situations if possible.
- Coordinate activities with a range of internal or external teams across various issues.
- Define scope and complexity of projects, design process flows, design setups and determine the level of effort.
- Manage product innovation and product releases and demonstrate customer management.
- Manage productivity targets and service level agreements.
- Manage performance of the respective global team and take appropriate actions where needed.
- Participate actively in required recruitment.
