This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Travel Agents who want to step into the Media & Entertainment world of travel! BCD Media & Entertainment works with the world’s most successful and influential companies in the entertainment industry. Leading artists, sporting teams, labels, media, and production companies have trusted us with their travel for over 40 years.

As a Senior Entertainment Travel Consultant, you will:

  • Provide travel-related information, and pro-actively suggest additional services to enhance the customers' travel experience.
  • Offer expert advice and consultation to our travelers, including detailed travel information, itineraries and potentially suggesting upgrades and additional services that align with the customer’s needs.
  • Expertly use the appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests.
  • Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.

About you:

  • Extensive experience in the travel industry.
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Knowledgeable with travel industry system GDS Sabre.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, exercising discretion and judgment.
  • High level of self-reliance and decision-making ability.
  • Demonstrated professional customer service skills.
