Join our team as a VVIP Travel Agent, supporting executive-level travellers within the Media & Entertainment sector.
As a VIP Travel Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for elite travellers, managing travel requests via phone, email, and other channels. This position operates on a 24/7 support model, requiring ongoing monitoring of flights to ensure VVIP passengers arrive safely and are seamlessly met by their pre-arranged ground transport. This role involves handling complex itineraries, offering tailored travel consultation, and thinking creatively to deliver smooth and exceptional experiences—even when plans shift unexpectedly. You may also be required to support private jet arrangements, liaising with operators and coordinating bespoke aviation requirements for high-profile clients.
As a VIP Travel Agent, Media & Entertainment, you will:
- Provide world-class, high-touch service to VIP and VVIP travellers
- Manage incoming travel requests accurately and efficiently using BCD Travel tools and systems
- Search, book, and confirm travel across air, hotel, rail, and ground transport
- Monitor flights 24/7, ensuring on-time tracking, smooth arrivals, and chauffeur meet and greet coordination
- Support private jet servicing where required, including working with charter operators and aviation partners
- Offer expert guidance on client travel policy and provide professional consultation
- Ensure full compliance with UK and international travel regulations, including passports, visas, APIS, security requirements, airline policies
- Maintain strong knowledge of travel supplier rules, global booking processes, and Media & Entertainment travel needs
- Demonstrate a can do attitude, thinking outside the box to resolve complex or time-sensitive issues
About you:
- Proven experience supporting VIP or executive-level travellers
- Strong understanding of the travel industry, procedures, and operational workflows
- High proficiency in GDS Sabre
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver solutions quickly
- Comfortable working within a 24/7 operational structure, including monitoring out-of-hours situations when needed
- Discreet, reliable, and professional when dealing with high-profile clients
- A flexible problem-solver with initiative and creativity
