The Business Development Executive helps drive growth across the UK market. You will play a key role in identifying new projects, supporting customers through the design and development phase, and working closely with supplier partners and internal teams to convert opportunities into long-term revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and projects across the UK.
- Act as the lead point of contact for new project requests.
- Take ownership of opportunities from initial enquiry through to design-win.
- Support pricing, quotation, and value-proposition discussions with customers.
- Maintain and manage opportunities and projects using the company CRM system (Zoho).
- Build and develop strong relationships with customers at multiple levels within their organisations.
- Work closely with customers to understand technical and commercial challenges specific to their industries.
- Present new products and supplier roadmaps to customers.
- Engage with and build relationships with key supplier and manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate projects by bringing together technical expertise from suppliers and internal resources.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and leadership on strategic accounts and opportunities.
- Support marketing activity, including contributing ideas for campaigns and promotions.
- Participate in team sales activity for major or strategic accounts.

- Manage accounts and opportunities independently, including those with higher commercial value or risk.
- Operate within broad guidelines and company policies while taking initiative to grow the business.
