The Role:

We are looking for freelance Sales Managers / Sales Partners with strong industry connections and proven expertise in apparel sales. This is not a salaried role – instead, we offer a flexible commission-based partnership designed to reward your results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new customers (brands, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and e-commerce platforms).
  • Manage client relationships and drive long-term business growth.
  • Represent the company during client visits, trade fairs, and meetings.
  • Work closely with our team on product selection, sampling, pricing, and order execution.

What We Offer:

βœ… Flexible commission model: 50/50 profit-sharing or an agreed commission % on each invoice – whichever you prefer. We are also open to discussing other payment options that suit you best except fixed salary.

βœ… Early reward system: Partial commission can be paid once buyer orders are confirmed, to keep you motivated and encouraged.

βœ… All expenses (travelling, product development, manufacturing, shipping, and logistics) covered by Company.

βœ… Unlimited sample development across product categories – to help close deals and satisfy buyer requirements.

βœ… Flexible buyer payment terms (60, 90, or 120 days after delivery) – making it easier to win customers and support their cash flow.

βœ… You focus on sales – we handle sourcing, production, and delivery.

βœ… Flexible freelance role with long-term growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales track record in apparel/knitwear (T-Shirts, Hoodies, Pyjamas, etc.).
  • Strong network of contacts in the UK or Europe apparel market.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to bring in clients and generate business independently.
