  • Relocate e-bikes and e-scooters to and from designated parking zones, staging areas, or maintenance locations.
  • Inspect devices and helmets for damage, malfunctions, and cleanliness before and after repositioning.
  • Clean fleet vehicles and infrastructure, removing visible dirt and debris from e-bikes, e-scooters, helmets, and signage.
  • Perform battery swaps on devices and ensure chargers are connected correctly within the workspace.
  • Replace worn-out helmets and equipment in the field.
  • Plug in and monitor charging of batteries at designated facilities.
  • Provide friendly and helpful customer support to Members during field interactions.
  • Troubleshoot common issues such as device connectivity, GPS errors, or IoT problems.
  • Receive and manage warehouse inventory including parts and supplies.
  • Prepare and stage fleet units for deployment according to operating procedures.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
  • Monitor daily and weekly reports, and adjust work plans to meet performance targets.
  • Track and manage fleet and parts inventory, submitting requests when stock is low.
  • Identify operational challenges and suggest improvements to your Operations Manager.
  • Support Evo Car Share fleet operations as needed.
  • Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Represent BCAA and Evolve with professionalism in all public-facing interactions.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, mechanical operations, or automotive-related work.
  • Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
