You will act as the first point of contact for our fleet of employed and self-employed drivers, providing support and guidance to ensure efficient and professional vehicle collections and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, allocate, and manage vehicle movements, ensuring customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
- Support and guide drivers in delivering first-class customer service.
- Monitor vehicle availability and make amendments as required to maintain accuracy of job details.
- Input and update movement data received via email, electronic imports, or verbally.
- Proactively prioritise workloads and respond promptly to real-time events such as traffic delays, breakdowns, or last-minute requests.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting drivers with any queries or job confirmations.
- Liaise with Service Delivery and Administration teams to resolve customer and driver queries, including pay-related issues.
- Ensure all work is planned in line with customer requirements, including time windows, EPOD expectations, and site access constraints.
- Coordinate additional driver resources when needed to meet operational demand.
- Re-plan movements in cases of aborts, failures, or breakdowns.
- Report any issues, delays, or driver concerns to the Team Leader or Operations Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and systems to support operational efficiency.
- Resolve complaints and take corrective action to prevent recurrence, in compliance with departmental ISO 9002 guidelines.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Team Leaders and Operations Managers.
- Take responsibility for your own health and safety and that of colleagues at all times.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
