Location: Location flexible (close to a BCA office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

Main Purpose of The Role

The key purpose for this role within the online remarketing team will be to ensure day to day delivery of online sales. This role will have a core responsibility for clerking day to day sales. You will be part of the sale team, working with the auctioneer and vendor representative to achieve the best sale result. Additional responsibilities include working with the Online administration team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Following a range of business processes, update in-house systems in accordance with business requirements
  • Running online sales day to day
  • Ensure that all company processes are followed with regard to the sale of vehicles to reduce mistakes and risk to the company
  • Deal with pre and post-sale issues, queries or complaints in a timely and satisfactory fashion
  • Action any issues, queries or complaints arising so that any problems are resolved, in a timely fashion, to all parties’ satisfaction as far as are reasonably practicable
  • Escalate any complex issues to the relevant manager
  • Dialling the Vendor representative into the sale and manage them through the sale section, following up on any specific points raised during the sale
  • Help the auctioneer to keep the sale to the timing of the program
  • Proactively encourage vendors to put vehicles on sale
  • Complete various administrative tasks and follow a range of business processes, update in-house systems in accordance with business requirements to achieve internal KPIs and customer SLA’s
  • Management of T & A & virtual inbox
