Location: Field based, requiring regular travel to the following locations – Cheltenham to Swindon and Cardiff
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Main Purpose of The Role:
The Partner Finance Audit team of approximately 16 are responsible for conducting stock and debenture audits at customers' sites at least monthly. Need to verify the presence and status of all the finance vehicles, working with the customer and Partner Finance Asset team to confirm status and support in resolving issues that may arise. This role involves close contact with Partner Finance customers and managing recovery situations, including the recovery of Keys, V5’s and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with the Regional Audit and Recoveries Manager, plan the monthly audit schedule to ensure all dealers are visited at the required frequency. Ensure that your monthly audit schedule is submitted at the beginning of each month to the RARM.
- Ensure that daily audits are completed in an organised approach so that audits are completed as efficiently as possible, with the minimum driving time between audits.
- Implement and strictly enforce the Stock Audit Procedure as defined by Partner Finance Credit and Risk management.
- Communicate clearly and constructively with Partner Finance customers.
- Compile and deliver daily reports of stock audit activity in the prescribed format.
- Implement special instructions according to the Risk, Asset & Credit departments requirements in the event of serious issues being identified.
- Communicate all issues immediately to the Risk, Assets & Credit departments, reporting back whenever required, according to the procedure.
- When required, collection and holding of keys and V5s.
- Support the Regional Audit and Recoveries Manager in recovery of vehicles from a customer back to a BCA site.
- Respond and adapt to requests from RARM at short notice to change your schedule and relocate where directed.
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Valid Full UK Driving Licence
- Good self-discipline, organizational skills and able to self-manage, ability to focus and adapt to achieve objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with customers including handling sensitive situations impacting BCA’s credit risk.
- Good judgment and discretion is required when attending distress situations and dealing with customers in default.
