Main purpose of the role: To assist with the daily operations of a busy vehicle remarketing centre. Primarily Gate based to process the safe and secure entry and exit of auction vehicles.
Role Duties:
- Inbound and outbound gate control, using verbal communication with hauliers and customers, and handheld technology to process the acceptance or exit of customer assets.
- Deal face to face with customers collecting vehicles delivering quality customer service and adhering to correct checking procedures in authorising access to vehicles.
- Politely refer any issues, queries, or complaints to the relevant manager.
To be successful, you’ll bring some of the following experience with you:
- Full UK drivers license (held for more than two years)
- Able to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines
- Willingness to help other departments out when needed
- Able to work alone or as part of a team
- Happy to be part of a team that sanitises all vehicles
