BCA Logistics (BCAL) is seeking a proactive Driver Coordinator to manage day-to-day driver operations and support field resources to meet service targets. The role is office-based at our Birmingham head office, with occasional late shifts until 8pm and rota-based out-of-hours cover.
The ideal candidate will be IT literate with strong Excel skills, able to multi-task, and build effective relationships with drivers and internal teams to deliver a 5-star service.
