Job Title: Senior Bodyshop Supervisor Salary: Starting on £40k, u p to £45k per annum after 6 months Working Hours: 40hrs a week, however this role follows a flexible 5‑out‑of‑7 shift pattern, supporting site operations from 6am to 9pm Monday to Friday and 6am to 5pm on Saturdays Type of Employment: Permanent Main Purpose of the Role: The Senior Bodyshop Supervisor will be responsible for delivering efficient, cost‑effective and high‑quality Bodyshop operations across multiple disciplines. Working with a high level of accuracy, you will minimise vehicle downtime, manage high‑volume throughput, and ensure full regulatory compliance. You will act as the first point of contact for Bodyshop colleagues, identifying staffing requirements, managing performance, and driving continuous improvement. This role requires strong organisational capability, effective workflow planning across Bodyshop, Quickfix, Wheels, CMR and Progress chasing vehicles through to completion, whilst having a proactive approach to operational excellence. Role Duties: Lead daily Bodyshop operations — manage operatives, workflow, shop loading and WIP performance.
