BCA Driver Sales is a key player in the upstream remarketing channel, helping leasing and captive finance companies sell vehicles before they reach the de-fleet stage. We provide an exciting opportunity for customers to buy vehicles they’ve been leasing, through a proactive sales programme aimed at drivers, employees, and their families. Main Purpose of The Role:
As a Driver Sales Executive, you’ll work alongside our high-performing team based in Wilmslow. Your key responsibility will be engaging with existing contract hire customers who are interested in purchasing their leased vehicles when their lease expires. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, using ‘hot leads’ to sell the benefits of the Driver Sales programme. You’ll also manage relationships with vendors, resolve queries, negotiate sales, and ensure customers are confident in their purchase decisions. With a focus on hitting and exceeding sales targets, you’ll be rewarded with commission for every successful vehicle sale! The role will be office based in Wilmslow and will require a credit check and DBS check.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond efficiently to inbound customer’s enquiries via telephone, email and web enquiries
- Calling potential customers upon request, selling the advantages of the driver sales programme
- Building long-term relationships with our Driver Sales vendors
- Strong negotiation skills to commit customers to buy and upsell additional products such as extended warranties
- Obtaining accurate valuations of vehicles, utilising desktop valuation products to provide customers with quotations by asking a series of questions
- Recording sales and order information, updating customer’s records
- Resolving customer’s queries and giving them confidence in the driver sales programme
- Working proactively to meet and exceed sales targets set by the company, earning commission for vehicles sold per month
Knowledge and Experience Required:
- Experience working within a sales environment
- The ability and desire to sell to customers through a customer centric approach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, confident liaising with customers on the phone
- The ability to confidently manage customer objections, whilst maintaining a great customer experience
- The ability to work both independently and as part of the wider team
- High levels of accuracy when dealing with pricing/data
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive
- PC literate, with familiarity of Microsoft products to include excel, word, outlook and Teams
- Motor industry interest or experience preferred but not essential
