We’re looking for an Operational Account Manager to help us continue delivering exceptional service and results across our accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading and developing a team of account executives and administrators
- Collaborating with peers to ensure operational consistency across the business
- Visiting sites to work closely with Centre Operations on quality control, inventory management, and dispute resolution
- Managing vehicle allocation and unsold inventory with a focus on maximising returns
- Ensuring sales entries and stock management meet quality and performance standards
- Delivering on vendor SLAs and ensuring accurate invoicing and chargebacks
- Handling vendor feedback with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Knowledge and experience of core BCA systems and operational activities
- Experience of managing a team across multiple locations
- A strong background in customer relationship management and service delivery
- Attention to detail and a disciplined, performance-driven approach
- Familiarity with the wholesale automotive industry and fast-paced environments
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
