Legal Recoveries Executive
Location: Blackbushe, Hybrid (3-4 days a week in the office)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday – Friday
Job Status: Permanent
Main Purpose of The Role:
BCA Partner Finance provides simple, straightforward and convenient stock funding to BCA Dealers, helping their business to propose by increasing stocking capacity and liquidity.
The Legal Recoveries Executive is responsible for providing excellent daily support to the Legal Manager and wider Partner Finance business areas in respect of Recoveries action, and facilitating the completion of registered security in support of credit facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents, including Claim Forms, Judgments and enforcement requests
- Communicating with legal suppliers, drafting new instructions and maintaining in house systems and reports with relevant updates
- Liaising with the audit team and transport teams regarding the collection of assets and with the auction team in respect of the disposal of those assets
- Progress chasing to ensure external service providers and internal colleagues contribute to the objectives of the Legal Team
- Conducting property searches and reviewing title documents and correspondence
- Maintaining MI reports
- Managing Internal and External queries via email and telephone in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
Knowledge and Experience Required
- Comfortable working in a small team and using your initiative
- Knowledge of recovery procedures and familiarity with contractual documentation
- Debt collections or legal background is preferred
