Constellation Automotive Group – 3-year rotational Finance Graduate Programme
Location: Hybrid & Hook, Hampshire – you will hold a full UK driving license and be happy to travel, with overnight stays as required.
Starting salary of £30,000 with incremental salary increases as you pass key stages of your exams.

What does it look like?
After an initial induction, you will move into the first of up to six placements across Constellation Automotive Group, in a variety of different businesses with exposure to both technical accounting as well as more commercially focussed finance roles. Most of your time will be spent in Hook, Hampshire, although there will be opportunities for placements in other locations. You need to be happy to travel, but also work from home from time to time, as this is a hybrid role.
A senior mentor and a buddy will be provided to support you and make sure you get the most out of each rotation. You will be part of a larger cohort of graduates in other business areas, and this graduate community is a great source of insight and experience you can draw on.
Skills you’ll learn:
- Assist in the production of timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Establish relationships within each of the different finance teams to aid professional development.
- Build technical knowledge to support local teams.
- Contribute to ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the Group’s consolidated financial reporting.
- Develop proficiency in a variety of different finance systems used in key areas of the business.
- Maintain and improve financial reporting procedures.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2:1 degree, or predicted if graduating in 2026 – (this does not need to be a finance degree).
- A minimum of three Bs at A-Level (or equivalent).
- Have permission to work in the UK, without the need for sponsorship.
- Hold a full driving license - you’ll need to be comfortable with travel and frequent overnight stays.
- Ambition to build a career in finance.
- A strong communicator who builds relationships with stakeholders and can collaborate with others.
- Excellent attention to detail.
