Key Responsibilities
- Generate New Business and help us achieve our growth objectives by identifying new opportunities
- Build relationships with potential clients, qualifying leads, and understanding their business challenges
- Demonstrate BCA’s products and services including (but not limited to) Partner Finance, Part Exchange opportunity, AutosOnShow, Bid Now/Buy Now, DealerPro & Cinch
- Guide new buyers through their journey and ensure they understand our buying process
- Create, build and maintain successful working relationships with Auction Centres / Customer Services and all other BCA businesses
- Gain customer insight from Buyers to help make recommendations that can improve marketing effectiveness, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Promote BCA online and physical sales channels, supporting BCA Auction’s, Vendor programmes and online services
- Maintain a relationship with the National Accounts team and participating auction centres, keeping them updated with buyer contact activities and requirements
Knowledge and Experience required
- Self-starter with strong sales & negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
- Experience in business development (preferably in the automotive sector)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Ability to problem-solve, organize effectively, and work under pressure
